I have founded Yoga Vidya in 1992. Yoga Vidya now is a network of 3 Yoga Ashrams, more than 50 Yoga Schools and many more Yoga Teachers.
I have started with Yoga in 1980, have been with the Sivananda Yoga Centers until 1991.
We teach an Integral Yoga, based on the Teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu-devananda.
