I started the practice of yoga while in high school. I was easily bored in the gym and yoga was challenging for my body and mind. I continued to practice through DVDs and classes offered at my college student rec center. Even with a 65+ hour work week, I always found time for a yoga practice - even if it meant in the aisles between cubicles!
For the past year, I have moved into the studio environment. My passion for yoga moved me to quit my corporate job and focus on building a community with Grace Yoga. I am currently completing my 200 RYT training and look forward to teaching soon!
